For Adults

Extend your faith journey through education, fellowship, and service. Small groups, Bible studies, and classes meet at various times throughout the week, including Sunday mornings. We’re are always looking for new ways to grow individiually and together.

Lamplighters Class

We seek to learn how to love God and our Neighbors through thoughtful reading, discussion, and sharing.  We watch a short DVD representing many dimensions of the Christian faith in order to stimulate our thinking and broaden our perspectives.  We encourage questioning and different opinions, believing an open mind is important to living the Christian life.  We are studying Called to Follow Christ, by Adam Hamilton.

Soul Seekers Class

Believing the Bible to be the word of God, we strive to study the scriptures together to learn more about God, our relationships with each other, and God’s plan for us individually. Currently we are using Max Lucado’s book God Came Near as our study guide.

Small Groups

Each small group meets at various times throughout the month at varying frequencies.

Thursday Night Group

Christians are invited to be in the world but not of the world.  In this class, we will watch and discuss a selection of movies in light of Scripture passages.  We will seek application for our daily lies as we examine what movies can reveal about how we can be God’s light to the world.

Book Club

This is an opportunity to read a variety of books, then meet to discuss them while having fun with fellow readers. All are welcome and you do not need to attend every month. The discussion is interesting and the friendships are lasting. We choose books as a team, so feel free to bring recommendations with you.
